Behind her, a tangle of her vines lift Harvey Dent's bleeding, unconscious body into view. His mouth is acid-burnt - both sides - both his arms are hanging at weird angles and his fingers are all heavily bruised. The unscarred side of his face is bruised. ~~And that's just the stuff that's visible~~.]

I found this beating Cassel Sharpe. Whoever it belongs to might want to come deal with it.

[She makes a sharp gesture and the vines drop him. Sorry about any major fractures that might have aggravated, Harv.]

Cassel's in the Infirmary.

[And she clicks off. All done. By the time anyone comes to scape Harvey off the floor, she'll be gone.]

[His arms shoots out to knock against the wall, as he lists to the side. He feels...heavier now, the shock starting to wear off, to make way for anger. It's a slow but certain process]

[She leans against his desk lightly, ever so gently nudging at his personal space.]

[She steps past him to hit the call button for the elevator. He's not going to manage stairs any time soon.]

[With an angry SLAM, Chris pounds his fist once into the wall, to distract himself from sorrow and to get angrier, more aggressive. He lowers his forehead to the wall, gritting his teeth, struggling not to think of Cassel in the infirmary.

He's lying in a bloody heap in the men's showers. You are not going to make the situation worse than it already is.

[Chris at last turns back around, pale and angry and trembling. He reaches out to grab his communicator from Ivy and starts towards the inmate showers]

[Oh no you fucking don't, kid. Ivy's hand clamps around his shoulder before he can get a foot on the staircase.]

Fortunately for you, the Infirmary is on my way and the stupidest idea you've had today isn't. Cassel was asking for you and I'd like to think that that's more important than prolonging your vendetta.

Ivy, get off me. Get the fuck off me.

[He halts, but doesn't yet make to shove the woman off him. He says savagely,]

I'm going to kill him. I'm going to strangle that fucking son of a bitch and then I'm going to go to Zero and I don't fucking care what happens next.

Christopher. Get in the elevator, or I'm going to ask again, and the second time you will be physically incapable of saying no. Understand?

I'm not fucking - [He makes to shove Ivy's arm off his shoulder, pulling away with aggressive strength] - getting in the fucking elevator!

[She lets it happen, only to snatch his wrist and keep him at arm's length - close enough to keep him in range of the pheromones she's dosing the air with at sledgehammer strength. It's rare that she takes absolutely no pleasure from doing this, but - damn it, Chris, you have all the self-preservation instinct of a slug in a salt mine.]

Get in the elevator. Go and see Cassel. Stay until he tells you to go. Now.

[Chris stays in Ivy's grip, his hand loosening from a fist to splayed fingers as he frowns at her, confused but with that wide-eyed puppy look. He's listening. Just with chemically-induced help.

He gives a slow, dizzy nod, his shoulders slumping]

....Okay.

Good.

[She watches him go and shakes her head. Idiot. At least by the time the pheromones wear off, Harvey'll be in someone else's custody and whatever stupid decisions Chris makes tomorrow won't feel like they're quite so much on her head.]

Are you asking if I enjoy my newfound control to pummel the crap out of someone and remember it?
